2020 Winter Free Shopping

We need YOU!

Winter teacher shopping dates January 21 - March 19, 2020.

 

Shopping days are ONLY on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

​

VOLUNTEERS are needed on those days from 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM.

​

We expect to have 32 teachers each shopping day.

 

Typically, we have fewer volunteers on Thursdays but we will take any volunteer help you and/or your group can offer on either Tuesdays or Thursdays. 

Volunteer duties include:

 

•   guiding teachers through the store and helping them select the   proper quantities of allowed school supplies from each section;

​

•   entering the quantities of each item selected onto a paper          shopping sheet OR digitally entering the quantities using a          mobile device provided by Teachers' Supply Closet;

​

•   assisting teachers with the check in and check out process;

​

•   assisting teachers with the loading of supplies into their              vehicles.
